🍂 Yesterday, our Milton and Bridgewater teams gathered for a sweet fall treat: a caramel apple bar! 🍎🍏 This seasonal event was the perfect opportunity for our employees to come together, enjoy each other's company, and embrace the start of autumn. From apples to a variety of fun toppings, there was something for everyone to enjoy. At KLG, we enjoy creating moments like these that bring our teams closer, foster connections, and add a little extra sweetness to the workday. #FallVibes #TeamSpirit #CompanyCulture #SweetTreats #AutumnCelebration

We're proud to share that Attorneys Jeffrey N. Catalano, Esq. and Lisa M. Conserve were quoted in a recent Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly article discussing the "Eggshell Skull Rule" and how it applies to cases involving plaintiffs with prior drug addiction. This important legal principle ensures that individuals are taken as they come, regardless of pre-existing conditions, including addiction. Yesterday, we took an important step toward supporting the mental health of our team by hosting a powerful session on Suicide Prevention for Legal Professionals. A big thank you to Kacy C. Maitland, LICSW and Catherine Mather from Samaritans, Inc. for leading this vital conversation and sharing their expertise. The legal profession can be incredibly demanding, but sessions like this remind us that there is hope, support, and community when we need it most. For those that may need help or assistance - the 24/7 Helpline is always there: 988. Let’s continue looking out for one another. #MentalHealthMatters #SupportEachOther #LegalProfessionCare

Keches Law Group reposted this
I’m excited to share my first feature in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Settlements and Verdicts! This case was one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced yet as an attorney. Going into the case I thought I lacked the knowledge and experience to rise to the occasion. It was through the support and guidance from my colleagues that I realized I could face the challenges in this case and succeed. The lessons I learned from this case are too many to count. There are lessons I’ve incorporated into my everyday practice. It’s a case I continue to come back to as a reminder of how much I’ve learned as a young attorney. Of course a huge thank you to lead counsel, Brian Dever, for giving me the opportunity to be so involved with this case. It’s truly a privilege to do this work for injured workers and their families, and I look forward to continuing that work! https://lnkd.in/e_MQP-3v

Today marks the final day of our 2024 Summer Associate Program. Over the past 12 weeks, we had the pleasure of hosting 9 talented, aspiring attorneys who immersed themselves in the world of Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law. Summer Associates joined us from Suffolk University Law School, New England Law | Boston, Roger Williams University School of Law, UMass Law, and Case Western Reserve University School of Law. On Wednesday evening, we came together to celebrate the hard work and dedication of our Summer Associates, as well as the Attorneys and Partners who generously mentored them throughout the program. Thank you for making this another outstanding year! Are you, or do you know, a rising 2L law student interested in joining our 2025 Summer Associate Program? Visit our Careers Page for more information on how to apply.

Another lunch and learn in the books for our Summer Associates. Thanks to Jeffrey N. Catalano, Esq., Brian Sullivan, Lauren Van Iderstine and Anthony John Gill, Esq. for speaking to our Summer Associates about how to develop business and network in the early stages of your law career. Lots of great insight and advice and the word of the day was “authenticity”. #summerassociates
