If you have a few key insights, you can make a calculated decision and run with it." "It truly was a team effort...the new segmentation and the targeting were phenomenal compared to where we were, we just skyrocketed due to basic smart marketing that hadn't been in place beforehand...you start doing some of the basics and the fundamentals and it makes an impact." "Be a problem solver, not a problem giver. Understand my pain points, make them go away." Working together to solve problems and build success is always the name of the game. Here's to even more great things in the future (including some darn good coffee)!

    Seasoned marketers use data to inform decisions but always trust their gut. They often trust their gut even when it goes against what the data says. Don't take my word for it. Great leaders, boards, and exec teams empower their teams and people to feel comfortable trusting their gut. They empower them to feel comfortable making mistakes (obvi don't repeat them).     Securian Canada has entered into a multi-year agreement as the official life insurance partner of the Toronto Maple Leafs. As part of the agreement, we will also serve as the presenting sponsor of Home Ice Hockey, an MLSE Foundation program dedicated to making hockey more accessible to youth in underserved communities across the Greater Toronto Area. With more than 66 per cent of participants born outside Canada and 56 per cent identifying as girls, Home Ice Hockey brings together youth from diverse backgrounds, helping foster inclusivity and a sense of belonging while teaching important life skills such as teamwork, leadership and resilience. We’re proud to share many core values with the Leafs, including our commitment to inclusion and finding ways to make an impact in our local communities. Together, we’re helping make our national sport reflect the rich diversity of its fans across the country.     What comes to mind when you hear the word "luxury"? We think Fashion Week and the Cayman Islands! Our Cayman Islands Department of Tourism client wanted to align with a luxury lifestyle brand, so we negotiated with Saks during NYC Fall Fashion week to create two display windows highlighting the culture of Cayman and a buying guide on the Saks website with fashions to wear on the Islands. Of course, we had to have a party to celebrate, so we worked with PR agency Praytell to invite 30 influencers to attend and experience the luxury of Cayman. In just 2 days, their posts alone have garnered over 2MM impressions. Thank you to Saks, Praytell, and the whole Cayman Islands Department of Tourism team for making this two-week execution such a success!
