About us
The Kenosha Area Business Alliance (KABA) is Kenosha County’s economic development organization and employers association. KABA provides a range of economic development and business services to its nearly 400 member investors and to prospective members as well. KABA manages a portfolio of economic development revolving loan funds that are used to provide low-interest loans to new and expanding businesses to support job creation. Additionally, KABA serves as a clearing house for site selection and economic information. KABA also delivers a number of training programs designed to upgrade the skills of area workers.

The City of Kenosha recently announced the launch of its revamped city website, featuring AI assistance for improved public service, funded by a $40,000 donation from Uline. The revamped website features a new design and is projected to provide improved navigation and a better mobile phone experience, making it easier for residents to access information and services. Paint products manufacturer Rust-Oleum Corporation plans to build a 32,000 SF office building addition at its Pleasant Prairie manufacturing plant site. The single-story building would be built just northeast of the company’s existing 200,000 SF facility in LakeView Corporate Park. The facility would be used by about 75 full-time employees working in supporting operations, and will include spaces for product development and testing like a color lab and spray booths.
