About us
Owned by Speedway Motorsports,, Kentucky Speedway is a 1.5-mile superspeedway located in Sparta, Kentucky just 35 miles south of Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky. The track attracts fans from the tri-state area of Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and beyond. Historically in July, the track hosts the Quaker State 400 presented by Walmart NASCAR Cup Series race. Prior to 2011, Kentucky Speedway hosted stand-alone NASCAR Xfinity Series races and the NASCAR Gander Outdoor Truck Series. Those series continue to run at Kentucky Speedway today as part of the NASCAR tripleheader weekend. The venue also is home to many other special events throughout the year including concerts, driving schools, car shows, and fitness runs. Race events cater to guests with concerts, interactive fan engagement areas, an infield Fan Zone which brings visitors inside the action with views of pit road, garage areas, Victory Lane and more. Corporate clients gain valuable exposure for products and deliver key messages to brand-loyal consumers with displays and sampling. Companies also entertain guests in suites, hospitality chalets and open-air terrace boxes as well as infield and concourse-level RV areas.
