And just like that, the exterior finishes of the clubhouse at our Firestone Junction community are almost done! 🏡 This luxury 300-unit community in Firestone, Colorado, designed for our partners at Blackburn Communities, is coming along nicely. The garden apartments, carriage units, and detached garages are all in various framing stages. Once finished, the buildings will have two unique colors and material patterns. We specifically designed the roofs to provide a variety of elevations over this large, almost 20-acre site while remaining cost-conscious. Kudos to everyone involved in making this community come to life!

For two decades, we've supported the non-profit's mission to provide older Coloradans with a beautiful place to call home. KEPHART joined forces with ten other groups around the Denver metro area, assisting fixed-income seniors in saving thousands of dollars in maintenance costs. Additional phases are also making huge strides, with interiors in progress, exteriors near completion, and drywall installation underway.
