October is #BreastCancerAwareness Month and there's nothing more important than your health. Stacey Arias, a Senior Regional Property Manager with KETTLER, had two family members receive a breast cancer diagnosis. Watching her mother go through treatment taught Stacey the importance of doing self checks and to always be cognizant of her own health.

Promotion Alert! 🎉 We are excited to announce the promotion of Richard Bowles to General Maintenance Manager. Richard has over ten years of experience in maintenance, Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning (HVAC), and property management. Before joining KETTLER two years ago as a Service Manager, he oversaw the maintenance of many Class A properties in D.C. with Bozzuto Management. In his new role as General Maintenance Manager, Richard will oversee a larger team at Park Kennedy all while juggling The Ethel, a tax credit community in Capitol Hill. Richard is a D.C. native and a graduate of Anacostia High School. He has a strong desire to continue his growth with KETTLER and has a goal of overseeing multiple assets in the D.C. region one day.
