About us

The Kentucky Higher Education Assistance Authority (KHEAA) is a public corporation and governmental agency and instrumentality of the Commonwealth established in 1966 to improve students' access to higher education. To that end, KHEAA disseminates information about higher education opportunities, college access, FAFSA completion, career advancement, financial literacy, as well as administers the following program: Kentucky Educational Excellence Scholarship (KEES) College Access Program Grant (CAP) Kentucky Tuition Grant (KTG) Early Childhood Development Scholarship Early Graduation Scholarship Veterinary Contract Spaces Program Optometry Scholarship Program Osteopathic Medicine Scholarship Teacher Scholarship Dual Credit Scholarship Program Work Ready Kentucky Dual Credit Scholarship Work Ready Kentucky Scholarship Kentucky Humanitarian Assistance Scholarships Kentucky Scholarships for Cultural Exchange Ky Saves 529
