Warren has been with us for nearly 20 years working out of the West Jordan batch plant. He has recently taken on the role of north mentor for our Pneumatic division, where he trains and does ride-alongs to ensure safety awareness and help address potential hazards. Warren’s dedication to mentoring and keeping our team safe is truly commendable. When he’s not on the road, Warren enjoys fishing and hunting. As we continue to celebrate National Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we’re proud to recognize Jesse Padia, from our Triple C division in Twin Falls, Idaho for his hard work and leadership!   Jesse joined Triple C in July of 2021 as a Ready-Mix driver and quickly moved to Aggregates. Since then, he’s stepped up to become a trainer for our new line haul drivers. He also took on the role of Smith System Trainer just this year. This week, as we're celebrating Truck Driver Appreciation Week, we would like to recognize one of our hard working drivers from our Peak Ready Mix division in Steamboat, CO, Chuck Luney. Chuck is known for his positive "can do" attitude and his unwavering reliability. His teammates say he’s always ready to tackle challenges with solutions in hand and goes above and beyond by jumping in to help with extra tasks. Proving himself to be a true team player, he is currently cross-training as a batch manager, and also helps with minor maintenance on trucks when able. We're lucky to have him on board!
