Idaho Woman Faces Guilty Plea in Embezzlement Case Involving Church Funds Kaitlyn Fisher, a 31-year-old woman from Idaho Falls, is expected to plead guilty after being charged with 15 felony counts related to an embezzlement scheme involving a Presbyterian church organization. As part of a plea agreement, Fisher will plead guilty to one count each of felony grand theft, Idaho state tax evasion, and perjury, with the remaining charges to be dismissed. Both sides are expected to recommend a minimum of three years in prison at her sentencing. By Friday afternoon, Missouri state troopers spotted Phillips driving in St. Louis County, roughly 600 miles away from Princeton. When they attempted to stop him, a pursuit ensued, ending in a crash. The situation escalated to a deadly exchange of gunfire between Phillips and the troopers. After the shootout, Evans was discovered deceased in Phillips' vehicle. A tragic shooting at a Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Blue Line train station in Forest Park, Illinois, left four people dead early Monday morning. Authorities have since apprehended a suspect, but the incident has raised serious concerns about safety on public transit. The Forest Park Police Department responded to a 911 call around 5:30 a.m., reporting that three people had been shot on a westbound train at the CTA Blue Line station.
