KIPP Philadelphia Public Schools is thrilled to share that our high school has partnered with the Greater Philadelphia YMCA's Teen Workforce Development Program. 13 freshmen attend development sessions every Friday to equip students from 9th grade through high school graduation with essential career skills, financial literacy, and social-emotional support. The program provides hands-on learning and career exposure to support students' growth. As a part of this collaboration, teens can apply for summer jobs at the YMCA and explore internship opportunities with the YMCA's Employer Partners. We are excited to see our students grow as they gain valuable skills and experiences through this program. #kippphilly #ymca #workforcedevelopment #philadelphia #dreamwithoutlimits
