Incredible photos from our company photo shoot with Jared Platt at our KIRIA Research Corporate Offices! The space we've created embodies our company culture: "Be true to yourself. Challenge the norms, and pursue your dreams with everything you've got." When we launched #KIRIA, our CEO Sadhna Bokhiria's vision was to create a culture rooted in high trust, deep respect, and clear autonomy. She listened when people shared their vision of an ideal organizational culture and removed all requirements to come into the office. Everyone can work from home or anywhere in the world, without being forced to be confined by the restraints of traditional offices (and we offer unlimited PTO😉). Interestingly, we ALSO offer gorgeous corporate offices where our team can come and go as they please. Our infinity edge pool, on site gym, and sauna help ;) This structure (or lack thereof) allowed us to discover that coming together at our #KIRIA offices enhances our creativity and strengthens our connections as a team. Here, innovation thrives and ideas come to life! No strings attached.

#AI to the Rescue for Rare #Diseases? In a world where #bigdata usually steals the show, CURATE.AI is proving that sometimes less is more. This AI platform, developed by the team at NUS Medicine, works with small data from individual patients to tailor treatments for rare diseases like Waldenström macroglobulinemia—a rare blood disorder affecting just 3 in a million. Since its trial began, CURATE.AI has been adjusting drug dosages based on real-time patient responses, showing remarkable results: improved red blood cell levels, reduced side effects, and fewer hospital visits—all without needing large-scale data. The patient saved $8,000 on drug costs, showing that personalized treatment isn’t just about better care; it’s also about affordability. This approach flips the script on traditional AI models and offers a fresh take on personalized medicine, especially for rare diseases where large-scale trials are impractical. Could this be the future of tailored healthcare? Full story in comments ⤵️ #AIinHealthcare #RareDiseases #PersonalizedMedicine #InnovationInHealth

Shots fired! When the #FTC Throws Shade, Express Scripts Sues. The FTC’s interim report (link in comments ⤵️) highlights how the three largest PBMs—CVS Caremark Rx, Express Scripts, and OptumRx—control nearly 80% of U.S. prescriptions through vertical integration. It also reveals that PBM-affiliated pharmacies made almost $1.6 billion in excess revenue from just two cancer drugs by reimbursing their own pharmacies at significantly higher rates than independent ones, over a period of less than three years. Express Scripts isn’t taking the FTC’s report quietly. After being called out as one of the pharmacy middlemen driving up #drugprices, the company is firing back with a lawsuit, claiming bias and misinformation. They’re claiming the report is full of "false and misleading" accusations and demanding a retraction. With PBMs already under heavy scrutiny for their role in drug pricing, this #lawsuit adds even more fuel to the fire. Is this a fight for transparency or just a deflection? Thoughts? #KIRIAResearch #KIRIA #Leadership #PharmaTransparency #DrugPricing #HealthcareReform
