Okay okay…no idea what the real world record is BUT Birk | Sklar just passed our previous record(66 buildings sold in 2022) with the closing of this 9-unit building in Chicago’s beautiful South Shore neighborhood! With rising interest rates, the last 2 years have had historically low transaction volumes across the country.
