Can't get noticed by recruiters? Market saturation in 2024 is real folks. Not only that, but a lot of the available talent is just super qualified! How can you stand out in all this noise? A quick tool: 1. Type "recruiter" or "talent acquisition" in the search bar. 2. Filter by "people" 3. Filter by "country" 4. Select "All filters"; scroll down and input your "target industry" After this, go to "Talks about" and select 4-5 hashtags. Hashtags related to "recruitment", "hiring", or "talent acquisition". You should now see recruiters in your target industry who are active. Pick a few, follow them, connect and engage. When they post, drop into the comments and add value. Show up, add value, and your face will become familiar. Not only to that recruiter, but to a lot of decision makers & companies. In time, you will become a "known entity" and therein lies, the advantage.
