Gearing up for the Property Improvement Plan (PIP) of the former Hampton Inn in Cherokee. This property was purchased by the EBCI in 2023 and Kituwah LLC was tasked with management and oversight of the hotel operations. A new flag (brand) was decided upon, with Clarion Pointe, by Choice Hotels, the selected new flag. Milestones for the PIP will include: - Exterior stucco repair and painting - Interior remodels that meet the Choice/Clarion brand standards - New exterior metal sign (temp sign in place now)
