*Meet the Team* Kali Ellis is an Operations Specialist at our Culver City location. She started in Hollywood a few years ago, and moved over to Culver to help open the store and develop the local delivery program. She says: "I started as a general associate like the rest of us, and within a few months I was working on learning processing and receiving. I then progressed to deliveries. We changed to in-house deliveries from FedEx, and that was a challenge—all this change has kept things interesting. One thing that’s been great about Culver City is that we wanted to create a positive space and more teamwork, so we decided that the ops team would join staff tastings each week. So there’s been an opportunity for me to learn more hands-on knowledge. I like learning in general, and it’s a specialized product, and I feel like you can keep learning here even after being here for years." Stop by Culver and say hi to Kali!
