We had an exciting day at KMM Group recently! 🎉 We welcomed an awesome group of students from William Tennent High School to our brand new facility to give them a firsthand look at the future of precision manufacturing. ⚙️ It was inspiring to see both young men and women dive into learning how cutting-edge technology meets skilled technicians here at KMM. From CNC machines to advanced robotics, the next generation saw just how modern, dynamic, and rewarding a career in manufacturing can be. 👩🔧👨🔧 We kicked off our student visit in the best way possible—with an inspiring presentation from our amazing HR Director, Michelle Martin-Laughlin! 🎤 Michelle’s passion for community outreach and connecting with young people truly shone through as she shared her experiences and insights. With just 4 minutes and 30 seconds on the clock, our teams had to quickly strategize, collaborate, and build with the same precision and focus we bring to every project. In the end, Steve Dierkes and Patrick Cox engineered the winning tower, showing that attention to detail and creativity can lead to success both on and off the shop floor.
