    AI taking over? Please. We can’t even clean up our own sh*t. For five years, 100 billion gallons of raw, untreated sewage have been dumped into the ocean from Tijuana, Mexico. ↳ It took over 1,000 days of toxic beach closures before action was taken. ↳ Once profits were at risk, suddenly there was urgency. After years of raw sewage and cyanide-laced air, they claim it’s "safe" again (for now). ↳ But safe for whom? ↳ The tourists who spend a few days in town? ↳ Or the residents who’ve been breathing toxins for years? This isn’t about safety—it’s about profit. No one cared until tourism revenues took a hit. When I took my family to Hawaii, my son’s eczema disappeared within 24 hours. We had become so used to living in toxic conditions, we forgot what normal felt like. All because fixing the problem wasn’t profitable. This isn’t just local—it's a global crisis driven by profit-hungry leaders. If AI follows this profit-at-all-costs playbook, we’re doomed. Imagine AI analyzing Imperial Beach—not to solve the crisis, but to maximize profits. That's the future if we don't disrupt the toxic leadership driving this system. Disruption is necessary. Profit can’t be the only measure of success. We’re drowning in the consequences: ↳ Broken healthcare. ↳ Mental health crises ↳ Disregard for human dignity. Empathy must drive action. We need a system where human health, dignity, and empathy come first. That’s why I’m calling on all of us to disrupt toxic leadership—the real enemy here isn’t AI, it’s the leadership that puts profit over people. Look around—what’s being ignored because it’s not profitable? Take action. ↳ Start small. ↳ Start local. ↳ But start. ♻️ Re-post if you give a sh*t.
