🚧 Exciting Progress in Chico! 🚧 Knight CM Group is proud to be the prime construction management consultant for the City of Chico’s SR-99 Corridor Bikeway Facility Phase 5 – Steel Arch Bridge Project. This vital infrastructure project will enhance connectivity and safety for cyclists and pedestrians, linking both sides of East 20th Street and Business Lane. Bridge assembly and erection are currently underway, with night work scheduled throughout January and February. Motorists should expect temporary closures and detours in the area during construction hours. Once completed, this project will provide a safer, more efficient route for non-vehicular traffic while improving overall transportation flow in the region. Great news, the extension of Roseville Parkway between Washington and Foothills Boulevard is now open! 35,000+ hours have gone into its construction 220 tons of soil moved 34 million pounds of concrete 1.2 million pounds of steel 3,500 feet of piping Closing this gap helps area traffic flow and provides an important connection for residents and businesses.
