The Knot Standard team had an incredible day at The Lead Innovation Summit! We were inspired by thought leaders, including our Strategic Advisor, Ken Pilot who moderated a session on navigating brand growth in uncertain times. Ken shared key insights, emphasizing that “behind every successful brand is a passionate leader” and underscored the importance of “creating an emotional connection with the customer.” We left feeling energized and equipped with new strategies to drive our brand forward.

We are excited to introduce the latest feature on OnDemand 2.0: Cast to Style Wall. This enhancement builds on the AI-powered Style Wall launched in 2019, which simplified in-store customization. The Style Wall personalizes client appointments with a life-sized, voice-activated digital design tool, integrating a client’s order history, preferences, and stylist recommendations. It displays customization options and curated collections during the garment design process. The new Cast feature allows stylists to connect to a Style Wall directly from the OnDemand interface, effortlessly casting products and occasion scenes from an iPad or Phone. This enhances interactivity, streamlines workflows, and bridges the gap between online and physical showrooms, making the custom shopping process more intuitive and visually inspiring for customers.
