HR professionals often find themselves left out when it comes to competitive compensation packages. According to the 2023 CHRO Compensation Report, only 22% of HR leaders feel fairly compensated compared to their C-suite peers, and fewer than one-third of senior HR executives believe they are paid on par with other executives. When comparing HR roles to other fields, the gap becomes clear. For example, while HR managers earn around $126,000 annually, their counterparts in tech or finance—like IT managers—can earn upwards of $150,000. Performance reviews and compensation discussions are coming - get informed. Knowledge is power 💪

👋 Hey Linkedin, it's Alexa Baggio, Kolective's founder. We just wrapped up our first session of the Kolective HR Fellowship Program, and the feedback from participants was nothing short of inspiring! 🌟 Every fellow emphasized three key desires: flexibility, community, and a strong focus on expanding their HR networks. These insights truly reflect the shifting priorities in the HR world today. By fostering a community of connected, adaptive, and well-networked HR professionals, we’re not just developing individual careers—we’re strengthening the HR support we offer to our clients. A stronger HR network leads to better ideas, more innovative solutions, and ultimately, more resilient organizations. It’s too long been the burden of the few to manage the collective working vibe of many (or even sometimes the burden of just one). We're thrilled to see where this journey takes us and how it will drive even better results for the companies we serve. Stay tuned for more updates from our Fellowship program! 💼 🤝 #HRCommunity #LeadershipDevelopment #FellowshipProgram #HRNetworking #BetterTogether
