It's hard to believe that it's been a year since we decided to pivot our business and focus on wholesale distribution. While we're incredibly proud of our wholesale growth, there's something we've missed deeply: the connection with our amazing community face-to-face.
Our beginnings were rooted in the Onigiri Shuttle. We delivered onigiri to parking lots, inviting our customers to pick up their orders directly from my car. We enjoyed meeting new friends and a shared passion for Japanese cuisine, cultures, and entrepreneurship.
To bring back the spirit, we plan a new in-person onigiri-making class at The Hatchery. Cristina and Yuta will teach you how to make onigiri while we share our entrepreneurship journey!
