  • We are partnering with the National Audubon Society on two Managing Director searches: Managing Director, Policy and Managing Director, Community Building 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘆 will focus on driving integration of the hemisphere-wide Healthy Birds, Healthy Planet policy agenda to align all of Audubon’s policy efforts and build a cohesive strategy that maximizes the organization’s impact. This leader will elevate Audubon’s status within policy and government affairs to be seen as a leading climate organization and influencer within these spaces on a global scale. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: $220,000-$310,000 (based on geography) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿, 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 will be tasked with leading a new body of work, which has previously fallen under a range of individuals and teams and will take the lead in building a strategy for community building.
