Accelerate Your Healing Process with Near Infrared (NIR) Light Therapy 💥 🔺Stimulates your body’s mitochondria, enhancing the energy production necessary for healing 🔺Collagen and protein synthesis 🔺Formation of new capillary-like structures (angiogenesis) through secretion of vascular endothelial growth factors 🔺Positive long-term effects on blood flow From muscles strains to ligament sprains, all require sufficient blood flow to heal. Near infrared light therapy boosts circulation, bringing oxygen-rich blood to the injured area. Coupled with dry needling, this increased blood flow is like a rush-hour traffic of nutrients and healing agents, speeding up the repair time and getting you back to your daily rhythm faster. This cutting-edge treatment is not just a trend; it’s a transformative approach to accelerating your body’s natural healing abilities. If you think you’ve tried everything and you’re still sidelined, near infrared light therapy could be the key to a faster, more effective recovery.

Check out KRU Lab’s latest feature in GQ Magazine, providing expert opinion on heart rate training and the specific goals of each zone. https://lnkd.in/ebBpp9jv Are Zone 3 and 4 useful in a general fitness routine? Zone 1 - Very Light (50-60% of MHR): primarily used for warming up and cooling down. It helps in recovery and gets the muscles ready for more intense work. Zone 2 - Light (60-70% of MHR): training at this heart rate for 20 minutes 2 to 3 times a week can help build basic endurance and aerobic capacity. Most of the calories burned in this zone are fats, making it ideal for weight management. Zone 3 - Moderate (70-80% of MHR): training in the zone is typically used to improve your efficiency of oxygen utilization, increasing the amount of oxygen you can consume during physical activity (VO2 max). Zone 4 - Hard (80-90% of MHR): Typical zone for HIIT (high intensity interval training). Used to increase speed endurance. This can typically be referred to as “no man’s land,” as you are moving from aerobic to an aerobic energy systems. Zone 5 - Maximum (90-100% of MHR): Goal is to improve anerobic capacity, power, speed, and its sustainability. This zone is very challenging and difficult to do longer than 1 minute. long periods. It is used for short bursts of maximal effort and helps increase maximum sprint race speed.
