Talia and Cole's wedding at the stunning Factoria at Charles Point in Peekskill was magical. Nestled along the Hudson River with a majestic mountain backdrop and a picturesque view of the Bear Mountain Bridge, it provided the perfect canvas for a day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. The groomsmen brought so much energy and playfulness to the day, making every moment joyous. Their camaraderie was genuinely infectious and added extra fun to the festivities. But what truly stole the show were the emotions. The day was brimming with pure joy and love, from the heartfelt vows exchanged between Talia and Cole to the moving ceremony and touching speeches. Stepping into the Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park feels like entering a time capsule. Amidst its grandeur, Maria and Ryan's engagement session took on a magical quality, showcasing the stunning architecture and the genuine emotions they exchanged. The decision to capture many of their photographs in black-and-white photography was more than just a stylistic choice—it became a storyteller. Black-and-white imagery has a unique ability to transcend trends, focusing instead on the pure emotion and connection between two people. Maria and Ryan are set to tie the knot this summer in Poughkeepsie, NY, and their story unfolded beautifully against the backdrop of Vanderbilt Mansion. It's always a pleasure to capture images amidst such a historic and picturesque setting, and their energy makes every frame a breeze. One of the most captivating aspects of this session was the pure connection between Maria and Ryan. You could tell by how they looked at each other—a depth of love and understanding truly shone through. Their creative suggestions added a personal touch to the final photographs, making each image a testament to their journey together. www.krutickphotography.com

I had the pleasure of photographing Olivia and Daniel amidst the pitter-patter of raindrops. The weather may have been difficult, but it added a unique charm to their special day. Despite the rain, Olivia's megawatt smile lit up every frame. Her expressiveness and excitement were contagious, and it was evident that nothing could dampen their spirits. One might think a rainy day would hinder outdoor photography, but it can elevate the artistry to new heights. Rainy days bring a moodiness, an atmosphere, and a depth that bright, sunny days often lack. Olivia and Daniel were true troopers. They embraced the weather and were willing to venture outdoors for portraits. The umbrella added visual interest and symbolized their unity and closeness, becoming characters in their story. As a photographer, I've learned that some of my most memorable and cherished photos were taken in the rain. It challenges you to think creatively, to play with light and reflections, and to capture raw, genuine emotions. To all the couples planning their big day, don't let a little rain scare you. Embrace it and dance in it. You'll be amazed at how beautiful the photographs will turn out. www.krutickphotography.com

Amidst a backdrop of a clear winter day and the cozy charm of Briarcliff Manor in Briarcliff, NY, Samantha and Brian's wedding was nothing short of enchanting. As their wedding photographer, I had the privilege of immortalizing their story on this special winter day. The unique circumstances surrounding this wedding made it memorable. Samantha and Brian contacted me just five days before their big day, seeking a photographer to capture candid moments with elegance and artistry. The venue, Briarcliff Manor, added its own touch to the day. A historic estate in the picturesque Hudson Valley with sprawling grounds, elegant architecture, and breathtaking views, Briarcliff Manor, provided the perfect backdrop for Samantha and Brian's festivities. One of the most delightful aspects of this wedding was Samantha and Brian's creative ideas. They infused their personalities into every detail, from the charming winter-themed décor to the delectable treats that left everyone smiling. A standout feature was their cake, crowned with a huge donut on top—a whimsical touch that perfectly reflected their playful spirits. www.krutickphotography.com

Christina and Kevin's magical wedding day occurred at the picturesque Troutbeck in Amenia, NY. It was a beautiful fall day, with the sun casting its golden hues over upstate New York. Troutbeck was a dream venue, nestled in the heart of nature with its historic charm and breathtaking landscapes. The old-world architecture blended seamlessly with the vibrant colors of autumn, creating a backdrop that perfectly complemented the happiness radiating from the day. I could sense the palpable excitement and joy in the air. Christina and Kevin, a truly stunning couple, were beaming with love and anticipation. Evidently, they were deeply in love and ready to embark on this incredible journey together. Christina's radiant smile struck me.
