Empowering Connections Across KJLC Today, we were thrilled to host a dynamic hybrid Women's Networking Group event featuring Julie Thornton, Director of Career Management at The University of Chicago, with over 20 years of experience in corporate human resources, executive search, and executive coaching. Julie led a thought-provoking session on overcoming networking challenges, shared actionable strategies for building lasting professional connections, and guided an interactive workshop where participants put these tools into practice. With more than 40 attendees from across our organization, the event sparked engaging conversations and fostered valuable insights. Successful Completion of Macmillan Coffee Morning Event We are delighted to announce the successful completion of our recent HR event for the EMEIA region. The Macmillan Coffee Morning (https://lnkd.in/eF_D8uts), held on Thursday, 26th September, was a fundraising event where we hosted coffee gatherings to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. The event included a judging session, followed by the sale of baked goods in the Austin House Canteen. A special thank you to our coworkers who baked and brought in their delicious creations to support the event. Coworkers also had the opportunity to buy slices of these baked goods to raise funds.
