Today, we're celebrating awesome milestones over the last 5 years of one of our Fund My Mission scholarship recipients: Amanda Condyles 🌟 Amanda's personal journey has been nothing short of inspiring. Her career path took a major leap forward in 2019 when she was awarded the Fund My Mission scholarship by KW Next Gen, opening doors that allowed her to invest in coaching and NLP training. ✍️ With the Quantum Leap program, Amanda gained clarity on her values, her mission, and the tools she needed to map out her career goals. This guidance encouraged her to transition from working just to make ends meet to a purpose-driven career where she could inspire courage in others and help them own their story. Today, Amanda is Director of Client Care at Closer Pros LLC which enables real estate agents to focus on their current business by creating customized follow-up strategies that keep clients engaged and connected. Her ability to connect with clients and leverage her extensive industry knowledge has made her an invaluable resource for those she serves. With a rich background in communications and nonprofit work, Amanda brings a unique perspective to client care, driven by her love of people, culture, and service. Originally from Virginia, Amanda has found her home in Washington, where she continues to grow her career and personal life. Amanda’s forward movement is a testament to her resilience, passion, and the courage to inspire others. “KW Next Gen empowers you to make a positive difference not just in your life, but in the lives of others.” –Angelica Columnas, KW Next Gen Fund My Mission scholarship recipient What did you want to be when you were little? A teacher, a firefighter, or maybe a princess? Angelica Columnus wanted to be a lawyer, but then she discovered she was meant for something else. Three of her immediate family members, her father, grandmother, and grandfather, were diagnosed with cancer before she finished high school. The time she spent with them, and with their caregivers, showed her how powerful it is to be a nurse, and she realized her ultimate goal was to become a doctor of oncology. Angelica’s story is especially important to us because she found out about KW Next Gen through her sister Justine, our Customer Experience Coordinator! One of our favorite programs here at KW Next Gen is our Fund My Mission Scholarships. We’re always excited to provide funds to our young professionals who are out in the world making strides to achieve their life’s mission. We’re proud to announce the 26 recipients of our Summer 2024 scholarships! Funding the next generation is key to making dreams a reality and scholarship funds are being used in ways as varied as the recipients themselves. Big applause for Devin Mantooth! 🚀 Devin’s dream of becoming a professional pilot is taking flight, thanks to the Fund My Mission scholarship, which is helping him pursue his degree in Aviation Management at Rose State College. ✈️🎓 When Devin applied, here’s how he explained his mission: "I want to lead by example and be a generational change for my family, creating new opportunities for them and inspiring others." As the first in his family to attend college, Devin is truly setting a new standard. His goal? To soar in his career and bring success to his loved ones. 🏆 Huge congrats to Devin for his dedication, and a big thanks to his coach, Melanie Haro, and instructor, Collette Naff, for their unwavering support! 🌟
