The Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo) is dedicated to serving all Kentucky counties by providing the highest quality programs/services and advocating legislative solutions for Kentucky's counties both today and tomorrow. KACo serves all 120 Kentucky counties and more than 1,500 county officials, providing access to insurance, financial and legislative services, continuing education and more. KACo's programs seek to meet the diverse needs of county officials and the Kentuckians they represent.
