Feedback is a powerful tool that can impact a teams success, however, some leaders do not include regular feedback into their leadership support for various reasons. When leaders commit to building their skill of providing feedback and also commit to incorporating feedback into their routine communication, they see the return in their relationships and team’s performance. According to an article by Harvard Business Review “You do need to commit to making your part of the conversation as helpful and productive as possible.
