🚨This may be controversial but: Why aren’t Latina influencers getting the same brand partnerships as white creators? 🫠 It’s not because we don’t have talent. It’s not because our content isn’t good enough. And it’s DEFINITELY not because we don’t deserve it. So, what’s the problem? Here’s what I’ve seen, and I want your take on it: 👉🏼 Brands are strategically undervaluing us. They’re offering Latina creators smaller checks, while offering larger budgets to white creators for the SAME campaigns. 👉🏼They count on us feeling like we need to “prove ourselves” and being too afraid to push back. 👉🏼Representation is still lacking in the decision-making rooms. The people deciding our worth don’t understand our value. Now here’s where YOU come in—I want to hear your stories. Have you experienced this?
