The LA Galaxy, in collaboration with the Cal State University Dominguez Hills Black Resource Center, recently hosted a sports panel in celebration of Black Heritage Month, focusing on Black Soccer Culture. The event featured an exclusive panel, including LA Galaxy legend Cobi Jones, LA Galaxy athletic trainer Julius Murphy, and Dignity Health Sports Park’s Senior Director of Community Relations, Tamala Lewis. This event highlighted the contributions of Black professionals in soccer while fostering meaningful dialogue on the sport’s cultural impact in the United States.
