We continue to celebrate our 75th Anniversary as one of the most memorable Chicago brands! 🥳 Did you know that our name, "La Preferida" or "The Preferred," comes from an oldie but goodie chorizo recipe made by one of our founders Henry Steinbarth? 👁👄👁 Its taste was prevalent in the Mexican community 🇲🇽 on the city's south side and everybody wanted more of their Preferida recipe! Nowadays, we continue the legacy by creating unique and authentic products such as our Refried Black and Pinto Beans, Spanish Rice, Guacamole Seasoning, and so on.
