A few weeks ago while in Paris to receive the Compassion in World Farming Good Chicken Award, our team also had the the opportunity to visit the SIAL Paris show. This is the largest food innovation exhibition in the world, and it was a truly inspiring event! It showcased new products and was very informative on not just packaging design, but product categories, flavors, practices, and more from a global perspective. #HeritageChicken #LaBellePatrimoine

Over the past month, we had a great time hosting three farm tours with the wonderful folks at Four Seasons Produce! We love telling our local story and how that's helping local farmers, sourcing local grain, and creating a sustainable future for everyone involved! If you're in the Lancaster, PA area and would be interested in a farm tour, contact us! #HeritageChicken #GrownAsPromised

Here at LaBelle Patrimoine, we are committed to raising healthy and happy chickens to the highest animal welfare standards in the industry. We accomplish this through four key pillars that define support our brand: 1. Heritage: we start with a heritage breed, meaning a purebred and not genetically modified crossbred to grow prematurely and unnaturally. 2. Pasture-Raised: Then we raise them on pasture, allowing the chickens to forage for bugs, climb roosts and get plenty of sunshine like chickens of yesteryear used to do! 3. Slow Grown: Next, our chickens are grown slowly and NATURALLY, up to twice as long as conventional breeds, resulting in a healthy composition that compliments their active lifestyle. 4. Air-chilled: Lastly, we air-chill the chicken, which locks in that rich flavor, without adding extra water or exposure to chlorine baths. The result of all these pillars makes LaBelle Patrimoine chicken such a distinct taste; the way chicken used to taste. #LaBellePatrimoine #GrownAsPromised

Our founder and CEO, Mike Charles, got to talk chicken with Rodger Wasson from the Farm To Table Talk podcast. It's a "meaty" (pun intended) conversation that goes in-depth into the story behind bringing LaBelle Patrimoine to market. #LaBellePatrimoine #GrownAsPromised
