Our community, which opened in the fall of 2016, serves older adults of all incomes who need some help to maintain their independence. The three-story building is 108,000 square feet and houses 120 private studio and one-bedroom apartments. Local officials have praised the community, saying it is a much-needed solution for a village that had a growing number of seniors and no housing options for them. Older adults and their families agreed, and the community was fully occupied within 10 months of opening.
