Regulación internac. como la de la UE afecta al mercado local. ✔️ Perú tiene #HojadeRuta de #FinanzasVerdes desde 2021. El actual desarrollo de #taxonomía local fomentará estandarización y transparencia, estimulando mayor interés de inversionistas e impulsará a nuevos emisores a ingresar al mercado de bonos temáticos.

💪Proud to invest the first #thematic #bond issued in Guatemala! LAGreen’s subscription of USD 20 million to the Senior Sustainable Bond represents a pivotal moment for the local market as well as for the issuer, Banco Promerica Guatemala. Projects financed through the bond are expected to contribute to multiple Sustainable Development Goals (#SDGs), including the promotion of affordable and #clean #energy and #climate #action. In parallel, the proceeds will support on advancing the objectives of Guatemala’s newly introduced Energy Transition law. Thanks to the collaboration of other co-investors IDB Invest and Symbiotics Investments, this investment will foster green initiatives and catalyze development of green bond market in Guatemala.
