What is my definition of leadership? 9. What kind of culture do I want to create, and how will they help me reinforce it? 10. What is my hiring philosophy? 11. What do I require to be successful? 12. How do I like to communicate in the worst of times? 13. What frustrates me the most? 14. Who was the last person who disappointed me, and how did I handle it? 15. Have I had to fire someone? What happened? 16. Where can I can improve? 17. Where can they improve? 18. Why do I think we'd work well together? 19. Do I want to go for investment or bootstrap? 20. Do I want to be CEO? 21. Can we fire each other? 22. Who has voting rights? 23. If we run out of cash, do I have money to invest? 24. How do I like to give and receive feedback? 25. Can we challenge each other instead of 'yes'ing' each other to death? Reflect and write the answers down independently. Create a scorecard to temper happy ears and eyes. And compare notes together.
