Manufacturing Monday. Take a tour of the travel trailer production line. Our 140k-square-foot facility houses our trailer line in a Z shape. The first steps include chassis assembly and the installation of suspension and tires before attaching floors, walls, cabinetry, components, a roof, and utilities. We fasten the trailers to a track in the longest section of the midline, allowing them to move laterally for the only time in their lives, while box assembly and quality checks, including pressure testing of the water system, take place. Once the units reach their final finish, we inspect and green-tag them for quality before sending them to your local dealer. Visit our website to find your local dealer and see what's inside!

Feature Friday. Carpeted bed base with an insulated mat. Lance finishes our cabover area, where the mattress is located, with both carpeting and insulation material. To create our double-sided insulation, we use high-quality reflective aluminum film material and vacuum-sealed polyethylene bubble film, which bolsters four-season capability and a sound deadening effect. This might sound like a lot for the cabover of a camper, but with Lance, the quality is in the details!

Manufacturing Monday. Lance builds slide out rooms by creating a fully laminated structure. In fact, All Lance exterior walls, floors and ceilings are pressure pinch bonded solid foam core sandwiches, including aluminum framing.
