  • Langley recognizes the service of our members, employees, and community partners that have served in the United States Armed Forces, and today on Veterans Day, we extend our heartfelt gratitude for all they have done and continue to do to protect our country and our freedom. We are also proud to support the nonprofit organizations across our community who are working diligently to ensure resources are available to military members and families. This year, the Langley for Families Foundation has donated $30,500 to nonprofits serving veterans in need, including the Armed Services YMCA and LINK of Hampton Roads’ Veterans Bridge Housing Program. #LangleyProud

  • Last month, when all branches and offices were closed in observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, all members of team Langley gathered at the Hampton Roads Convention Center for the #2024LangleySummit. The Summit is Langley’s annual company-wide day dedicated to the personal and professional development of all members of our team. This year’s theme was “Find Your Voice” empowering our people to be their authentic self and leverage their strengths to develop skills that strengthen their path to success. Throughout the day, participants engaged with motivational speakers, attended workshops, and networked with colleagues they don’t typically get a chance to interact with. At Langley, we believe our employees are the most important reason for our success. Events such as the annual Summit provide opportunities for continued growth and professional development for every member of our team. #LangleyProud #ContinuousLearners #FindYourVoice

  • With breast cancer awareness month coming to a close, we’d like to extend a special Thank You to all who have shown support over the course of October! Last week, Langley invited all employees to choose a day to “PINK OUT” with their team to help raise awareness for breast cancer and we are #LangleyProud to showcase our collective support for this important cause. In addition to encouraging our team to advocate, Langley has supported organizations across our community that serve those impacted by breast cancer. This year, the Langley for Families Foundation donated $20,000 to the American Cancer Society in support of their Making Strides Against Breast Cancer and Relay for Life events. These annual walks, held across the communities we serve, are dedicated to raising crucial funds for our friends and neighbors affected by cancer. We appreciate everyone who has participated in activities that celebrate courageous survivors, pay tribute to those who have lost their lives to this disease, and extend gratitude to all who are working hard to find the cure.
