The AI Value Journey: Small Steps, Big Change Reflecting over the last 18 months of helping organizations successfully implement AI, we are constantly reminded of this simple truth: transformation happens one step at a time. The most successful AI implementations we've seen don't begin with massive overhauls. They start with targeted solutions to specific business challenges. Each seemingly small victory — automating a repetitive task, enhancing customer service responses, improving forecast accuracy — becomes a building block. Over time, these incremental wins compound: ▪️Teams develop AI literacy ▪️Data infrastructure improves ▪️Use cases expand ▪️Decision-making becomes more evidence-based Before you know it, what began as modest experiments transforms into significant competitive advantage. If your organization is starting its AI journey, resist the pressure to revolutionize everything at once. Instead, identify high-value, low-complexity opportunities within your overall strategy. Celebrate small wins. Build momentum.
