Stevens Towing Company and the Charleston Heavy Lift "Ocean Ranger" were put to the test when ZIM lines needed to discharge two shipments of heavy press components that were too large for the port container cranes to handle. Our team expertly discharged the oversized items to a deck barge and transported them across the harbor with precision. Discharging a total of 369 MT between two trips, the pieces are stored safely until final delivery to the Hyundai EV plant in Georgia by Larkin Express logistics.
