In honor of Heart Awareness Month, Lasko hosted its annual CPR-AED and First Aid Training at our West Chester facility. This year, 21 dedicated employees participated, recognizing the importance of continuous education in emergency preparedness.   Led by Good Fellowship Ambulance and EMS Training Institute, this hands-on session equipped participants with life-saving skills such as CPR, AED usage, and essential First Aid techniques. All attendees earned their American Heart Association Heartsaver® CPR-AED/First Aid certification—ensuring they are prepared to act swiftly in emergencies.   Lasko now has a total of 38 certified employees in its Pennsylvania facilities, ready to provide immediate assistance when needed. Lasko United proudly gave back to the community by picking up our paintbrushes for a great cause! Anne Mulhern, CPA, CGMA recently joined Lasko as our Corporate Controller. She is responsible for the month-end close process, serving as the primary interface with auditors and tax advisors, and providing leadership and skills development to the greater accounting team. Anne shares, “I’ve had a fulfilling career to date progressed by talented, knowledgeable, and caring mentors, which has inspired me to give back now. I look forward to developing a strong team, providing opportunities for growth and learning.” 

Join us in welcoming Terrance Guinyard as our new Director – Corporate Distribution & Logistics. Terrance is responsible for helping to deliver the Lasko value proposition of the highest level of customer service to our retail partners. He has extensive experience in driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost reductions using Lean and Six Sigma tools. When approaching a new project, Terrance takes a holistic view to ensure a successful result: “I provide as much detail as possible during operating reviews, encompassing visual management of metrics and deliverables while also targeting the gaps that will have the most impact.” #BeBold

Earlier this summer, Alejandro "Hondo" Huerta joined Lasko as our new Chief Financial Officer. Hondo is responsible for the overall financial business operations, including results and strategy. With more than 20 years of experience across multiple consumer packaged goods (CPG) platforms and companies, he emphasizes creating a culture of accountability: "Accountability is how businesses succeed for the long term. Being able to count on the people in the organization to deliver on their roles and responsibilities allows us to push the business forward together.” #BeAccountable   On Hondo’s arrival, Ed Vlacich, Lasko’s CEO, shared, “I’m excited that Lasko will be receiving the benefit of Hondo’s financial acumen and proven track-record of contributions at the CFO level, as well as his ability to “roll up his sleeves” and get things done.
