You will act as a trusted advisor to high-income individuals seeking financial freedom. Face-to-face meetings with clients are rare; we've never met 60% of our clients in person, and many have never visited Las Vegas. - Excellent Writing Skills: Strong written communication is crucial. - Strong organization and time management skills: essential to providing quality services and results to all our clients. - Licensing: Must hold a Nevada real estate license. What You Will Receive - Training: Comprehensive investment training, including directed reading, one-on-one sessions, and field training. You will also need to become proficient with our proprietary tools and Excel. - Client Assignments: You will be assigned motivated investor clients who have completed extensive training, signed our buyer representation agreement, obtained loan pre-approval, and are ready to invest. No cold calling, prospecting, or lead qualification is required. - Property Assignments: You will receive and evaluate potential investment properties that meet our proprietary algorithm criteria and align them with your client's goals. - Remote Work: 90% of our clients are remote, so you will not drive them around to see properties. Instead, you will visit shortlisted properties, conduct evaluations, and send walkthrough videos to clients. Most client interactions will occur via Zoom. - Support: Once a property is under contract, you will receive support from our transaction manager and team TC to ensure a smooth closing, allowing you to focus on helping more clients acquire properties. - Compensation: Compensation details will be discussed once we have established a mutual interest in working together.
