A Lost Art or a Timeless Practice? There’s something about handwriting a note that feels personal, thoughtful, and intentional. 🌟 I personally like getting good mail. Whether it’s a thank-you note, a quick message of encouragement, or even a simple jot-down of ideas, writing by hand adds a layer of sincerity that digital communication sometimes lacks. It's intentional, to me it means that I have to set time aside for that specific note and curate my words for that message. It does not take away from us sending that email/text, it's just an added channel of personal touch. A simple note can be used in many different ways: 🙋♀️ 1. Stay relevant, if your proposal gets rejected - send a handwritten note and ask for an opportunity to reconnect 3-6-12 months later. Say Thank You, for anything meaningful - send a handwritten note as a Thank You for an intro, a piece of advice, a great #Partnership collaboration on a #Project, or for an #Opportunity that was identified or just because someone was awesome and went above and beyond #Leadership. I am incredibly honored to have been selected as one of the two recipients of a $1,000 scholarship to further my education at Saint Mary's College courtesy of Though-You, a nonprofit organization launching their scholarship program for the very first time. This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of so many people. My deepest gratitude goes to Latina Professionals® and to my mentor, Rafael Magaña and his wife Kimberly Bernard-Magaña for their constant support and guidance.Their belief in my potential has been a source of strength throughout my journey.
