While we can’t eliminate all exposures, we can certainly minimise them. ✨ Here’s the silver lining: occasional exposures to chemicals like BPA in food packaging or phthalates in fragrances aren’t immediately hazardous. Our bodies are resilient and can handle these in small doses without a problem. The concern lies in chronic, daily exposure over time. Embracing a low-toxic lifestyle is about making gradual, steady changes—not striving for perfection or succumbing to panic. When we take consistent daily actions, we reduce stress and anxiety, allowing us to focus on living our best lives without fear.
