About us

Sonya Palmer, VP of Operations at Rankings.io is the host of LawHer: a podcast focused on some of the brightest and boldest women in criminal, immigration, family law - and beyond. From attorneys to judges, entrepreneurs to politicians, she'll shine a light on their unique career paths, and uncover the tools and strategies they’ve leveraged to THRIVE in what is still a very male-dominated industry. In fact, according to a recent ABA survey, only 19% of managing partners in US law firms are female. LawHer is a space for women of all backgrounds and ideas to come together to share their experiences navigating this field and their success and breakthroughs within it. In each episode, Sonya Palmer leverages her years of unique experience in legal marketing to deep dive into the careers of these influential women: examining life lessons, best practices, and the future of women in the legal profession. We’re here to tell it all, and celebrate it too!
