Last week we hosted our yearly open board meeting, the Annual Meeting of the Membership. Over 80 business leaders from our community joined for this informative meeting, lead by our Chamber Board and with special keynote speaker, Councilwoman Traci Park of the City of Los Angeles 11th District. The Councilwoman addressed important topics impacting our community, including gearing up for the Olympics and Paralympics 2028. Yesterday, LAX Coastal Board Chair, Maria Canchola, joined Mayor Bass, Councilwoman Park, various LA leaders, and USA Olympic athletes on a ceremonial flight from Paris back to Los Angeles with the Olympic flag. The flag has landed and the countdown to LA28 is officially on!
