    Reflecting on a powerful leadership lessons of my early career—an experience that’s stayed with me in and out of uniform. As a young platoon leader in the 3rd Ranger Battalion, I was surrounded by some of the best, most skilled Rangers in the Regiment. It was both exhilarating and, at times, intimidating. One memorable conversation with a Non-Commissioned Officer named John Brady reminded me that while experience is invaluable, confidence in your unique skills and training is just as crucial. In a moment of humility and wisdom, John chose to mentor me. His guidance shaped how I would approach leadership for years to come, balancing confidence with trust in my team.     Word to the wise: just because you have been successful so far, does not mean you will be successful in the future. The characteristics that got you where you are currently will not necessarily get you to the next level and in fact may hold you back from getting ahead. Perhaps one small flaw - a behavior you barely even recognize - is the only thing keeping you from where you want to be. It may be that the very characteristic you believe got you where you are, like the drive to win at all costs, is holding you back. Consider the possibility that you've done well in spite of certain habits rather than because of them - and you might possibly need a 'to stop' list rather than a 'to do' list. #leadership #leadertshiptips #team #excellence #culture

    🌟 What an Incredible Week of Training! 🌟 We are thrilled to share some of the amazing feedback from our recent LDR Leadership training events at United Cooperative Services (David Ritz) and for the NRECA (Bo Todd) 🔑 Key Takeaways: ⚡ Practical & Applicable Content: Attendees found the content highly relevant, not just for their professional roles, but for real-life leadership as well.
