Trip.com conducted a groundbreaking A/B test to measure the real impact of hybrid work - and the data speaks volumes. They conducted the experiment with 1,600 of their employees across marketing, finance, accounting and engineering to conduct a 6-month test on the effects of a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and the results are astounding. Highlights from the results: 🌳 Trip.com's hybrid model led to a 35% reduction in turnover, with particularly strong effects on women and long-distance commuters 🌵 The experiment showed no negative impact on productivity, performance, or promotions 🌻 Success depended on three key factors: consistent performance management, coordinated office schedules, and committed executive support The most fascinating part? Before the experiment, managers predicted hybrid work would reduce productivity by 2.6%. After seeing the data, they estimated it actually increased productivity by 1%.
