About us
Leadership Loudoun is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, founded in 1991, with the mission to develop and engage current and emerging leaders to work together to serve the good of Loudoun County, Virginia. Graduates of the program are active in Loudoun County as they serve on boards, commissions and committees, and volunteer with area nonprofits and community organizations. Leadership Loudoun celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2016 with over 550 total graduates and dozens of community impact projects accomplished.
