Welcome Leadership Santa Cruz County Class 38! We're excited to begin the year with you. LSCC is a 10-month community-focused program that meets monthly to explore local institutions and issues, cultivate emerging leaders, and foster meaningful connections with fellow community members. The program includes workshops, discussions, experiential learning, field trips, and networking events that aim to develop individuals who can contribute positively to the county's growth, address its challenges, and promote a sense of collaboration and engagement among its diverse population. Ultimately, Leadership Santa Cruz County empowers individuals to take on leadership roles and make a lasting impact on the social, economic, and cultural fabric of the region.
