Two of our amazing Alumni represented Leadership New Mexico on a new podcast hosted by the Albuquerque Journal Business outlook. The segment is focusing on "Emerging Leaders". Liz Earls (Connect 2012, LNM Board Member) and Martin Gallegos, SPHR (Connect 2023, LNM Connect Curriculum Vice-Chair) shared what they learned and why they encourage other to participate in our programs. Thank you Megan Gleason for thinking of LNM! https://lnkd.in/gtprSRrz

On Friday we wrapped up the first session of the 2025 Core Program! We started on Tuesday night with a welcome dinner at Hotel Santa Fe. The amazing Phil Bryson led the class in team building activities on Wednesday and Thursday. This is when we build trust and turn these 44 strangers into friends. We had a very successful community reception and a special viewing of the Zozobra Documentary. Friday we wrapped things up at the New Mexico State Capitol. The class of 2025 is special and we look forward to the next 10 months.
